Dans le cadre du programme de renforcement des capacités dans le domaine de la protection de l’enfant dans les situations d’urgence, la Commission, par l’intermédiaire de la DG ECHO, a contribué à l’élaboration de «The lost ones: emergency care and family tracing for separated children from birth to 5 years», document qui traite notamment de la perte d’identité des très jeunes enfants dans les situations d’urgence, de la prise en charge et du développement des enfants en bas âge non accompagnés et de la recherche et vérification des liens familiaux.
As part of its programme to increase capacity in the area of child protection in emergency situations, the Commission, through DG ECHO, has contributed to the drawing up of "The lost ones: emergency care and family tracing for separated children from birth to 5 years" , a document which deals with the loss of identity of very young children in emergency situations, with their being taken into care and their development, and with the tracing and verification of family links.
