Suite à sa réponse à la question orale 33. H-0105/01 posée par l'auteur de la présente question, le Conseil peut-il préciser s'il soutient la position de M. Hakerup selon laquelle la détention des 700 Kosovars par les autorités de Belgrade est à tous égards illégale et que la seule autorité ayant compétence sur eux est la MINUK ou le Tribunal pour les crimes commis en ex-Yougoslavie dans le cas où certains de ces otages seraient inculpés par le Tribunal de La Haye ?
