These prices refer to sugar of standard quality as defined in Community legislation, unpacked, cif, free out of European ports of the Community.

4. The guaranteed price, expressed in units of account, shall refer to unpacked sugar, cif European ports of the Community, and shall be fixed in respect of standard quality sugar.

As regards tuna for processing, the Community production price is fixed on the basis in particular of the average of prices recorded on representative wholesale markets or in representative ports during the previous three fishing years.
