Le comité directeur adoptera des positions communes, avis ou recommandations, qui constitueront des actes arrêtés par Eurojust en tant qu'organe (par opposition aux actes individuels pris par des délégués d'Eurojust dans le cadre des responsabilités qui leur incombent en vertu du droit national).
The Steering Committee would have to agree any common position, opinion or recommendation, which shall be considered as an act of Eurojust as a body (in distinction to individual acts by Eurojust delegates in their own responsibility under national law).
