Dans des conditions de marché similaires à celles existant au moment de l'entrée en vigueur de la présente directive, la partie extrapolée de la courbe des taux d'intérêt sans risque pertinents, en particulier pour l'euro, devrait converger vers l'ultime taux à terme de telle manière qu'aux échéances postérieures de quarante ans par rapport au point d'origine de l'extrapolation, les taux à terme extrapolés ne s'écartent pas davantage que de trois points de base de l'ultime taux à terme.
Under market conditions similar to those at the date of entry into force of this Directive, the extrapolated part of the relevant risk-free interest rate term structure, in particular for the euro, should converge in such a way to the ultimate forward rate that for maturities 40 years past the starting point of the extrapolation the extrapolated forward rates do not differ more than three basis points from the ultimate forward rate.
