Je traiterai aussi de la Convention relative aux droits de l'enfant, signée au plan international, qui prévoit un certain nombre d'articles qui ont pour but de lutter contre le déplacement illicite d'enfants ce qui, à mon avis, un certain nombre de pays devraient prendre en considération afin d'en venir à une lutte non seulement canadienne à l'égard de l'enlèvement international d'enfant, mais aussi à une lutte internationale.
