L’article 5, paragraphe 2, point b), de la directive 2001/37/CE prévoit que chaque unité de conditionnement des produits du tabac, à l’exception des tabacs à usage oral et des autres produits du tabac sans combustion, ainsi que tout emballage extérieur, à l’exclusion des suremballages transparents, portent obligatoirement un avertissement complémentaire tiré de la liste figurant à l’annexe I de la directive.
Article 5(2)(b) of Directive 2001/37/EC provides that each unit packet of tobacco products, except for tobacco for oral use and other smokeless tobacco products, and any outside packaging, with the exception of additional transparent wrappers, must carry an additional warning from the list set out in Annex I to that Directive.
