La position à prendre, au nom de l’Union, en vue de l’adoption d’une décision du comité APE, prévu par l’accord intérimaire établissant le cadre d’un accord de partenariat économique entre les États d’Afrique orientale et australe, d’une part, et la Communauté européenne et ses États membres, d’autre part, en ce qui concerne son règlement intérieur ainsi que le règlement intérieur du comité de coopération douanière et le règlement intérieur du comité de développement conjoint est fondée sur le projet de décision du comité APE joint à la présente décision.
The position to be adopted on behalf of the Unionwith regard to the adoption of a decision of the EPA Committee provided for by the Interim Agreement establishing a framework for an Economic Partnership Agreement between the Eastern and Southern Africa States, on the one part, and the European Community and its Member States, on the other part, on its Rules of Procedure, on the Rules of Procedure of the Customs Cooperation Committee and on the Rules of Procedure of the Joint Development Committee shall be based on the draft Decision of the EPA Committee attached to this Decision.
