In response to the Court's decision in Ingmar GB Ltd v Eaton Loenard Technologies Inc., [75] some have also suggested specifying in the future instrument that there cannot be mandatory provision within the meaning of Article 7 when a rule aims only to protect purely private interests, as opposed to legislation protecting the state's political, economic or social order.
