11-5 (6) Dans le cas où les ouvrages ou les objets de la personne morale sont, sous le régime d’un projet de loi, déclarés d’intérêt général pour le Canada, le requérant en fait mention dans l’avis dont il envoie copie par courrier recommandé aux services fédéraux, provinciaux et municipaux concernés. L’examinateur procède à l’examen de la pétition pour ce projet de loi à l’expiration d’un délai de deux semaines suivant l’envoi de l’avis aux intéressés.
11-5 (6) If an act being applied for would declare the works or objects of a company to be for the general advantage of Canada, the applicants shall disclose this in the notice and send the notice by registered mail to the federal, provincial and municipal departments concerned; the Examiner of Petitions for Private Bills shall not consider the petition for the bill any earlier than two weeks after the notice has been sent to all concerned.
