(2) Le congé accordé sous l’empire du présent règlement à un employé temporaire ne portera aucune atteinte au droit d’ancienneté d’un tel employé et n’empêchera pas sa nomination à titre permanent à compter de la date à laquelle il pourra être admissible à une telle nomination. Enfin, ledit congé ne touchera, ni ne retardera la date effective de toute augmentation de traitement à laquelle un tel employé pourra être admissible.
