Lorsqu’une disposition d’un Mémorandum d’Accord énonce des droits ou obligations acceptés par une Agence coopérante (ou, dans le cas du Japon, par le Gouvernement du Japon) qui n’est pas partie à ce Mémorandum d’Accord, cette disposition ne peut pas être modifiée sans le consentement écrit de cette Agence coopérante (ou, dans le cas du Japon, du Gouvernement du Japon).
3. Where a provision of an MOU sets forth rights or obligations accepted by a Cooperating Agency (or, in the case of Japan, the Government of Japan) not a party to that MOU, such provision may not be amended without the written consent of that Cooperating Agency (or, in the case of Japan, the Government of Japan).
