(EN) The United Kingdom Communications Bill, as currently drafted, provides for the introduction of ‘Recognised Spectrum Access’ (RSA), which would be available for transmissions in particular from outside the United Kingdom (UK) intended for reception in the UK. RSA would confer the benefit that OFCOM would aim to ensure that interference from other sources should not exceed a certain level.
