L’exploitant tient compte au minimum des sources potentielles d’émission de CO suivantes: matières premières (calcination de calcaire, de dolomite et de minerais de fer carbonatés, y compris FeCO), combustibles classiques (gaz naturel, charbon et coke), agents réducteurs (y compris coke, charbon et matières plastiques), gaz de procédé (gaz de cokerie, gaz de haut fourneau et gaz de convertisseur à l’oxygène), consommation d’électrodes en graphite, autres combustibles et épuration des effluents gazeux.
The operator shall include at least the following potential sources of CO emissions: raw materials (calcination of limestone, dolomite and carbonatic iron ores, including FeCO), conventional fuels (natural gas, coal and coke), reducing agents (including coke, coal and plastics), process gases (coke oven gas — COG, blast furnace gas — BFG and basic oxygen furnace gas — BOFG), consumption of graphite electrodes, other fuels and waste gas scrubbing.
