Addressing the Congress of COCERAL on 2 June, Mr Mac Sharry dealt with two major topics: - The reform of the common organization of the markets in cereals and oilseeds After referring to the recent reforms which had brought about greater stability in these product areas, Mr Mac Sharry said that in addition to the market measures there were structural measures.
