La Charte constitue le premier résultat tangible de près d'un an de dialogue mené, par l'intermédiaire de la Commission Européenne, entre la Conférence des Notaires de l'Union européenne (CNUE), le Conseil des bareaux européens (CCBE), la Fédération des Experts comptables européens (FEE), la Fédération des Experts comptables et auditeurs des petites et moyennes entreprises (EFAA) et la Confédération fiscale européeenne (CFE).
The Charter is the first tangible result of more than a year of dialogue, through the good offices of the European Commission, between the Conference of Notaries of the European Union (CNUE), the Council of the Bars and Law Societies of the European Community (CCBE), the Federation of European Accountants (FEE), the European Federation of Accountants and Auditors for Small and Medium Sized Enterprise (EFAA) and the European Tax Confederation (CFE).
