Dans le cas des pays bénéficiaires de SPG, du Pacte andin et du MCAC, les règlements n° 3751/83 et 3352/83 établissent que les produits sont considérés comme produits originaires si, après avoir été exportés de ces pays, ils n'ont subi aucune autre transformation ou y ont subi des transformations insuffisantes ou que seuls des produits originaires de ces pays ont été utilisés au cours de ces transformations.
In the case of GSP beneficiary states, the Andean Pact and the CACM, Regulations 3751/1983 and 3352/1983 state that products will be considered as originating in a country if, following export from that country, they undergo no further processing, or, should processing occur, it is incomplete in nature or uses only products originating from the above-mentioned country.
