4. La Pologne peut continuer à appliquer un taux réduit d’au moins 7 % à la prestation de services de construction, de rénovation et de transformation des habitations non fournis dans le cadre d’une politique sociale, à l’exclusion des matériaux de construction, et à la livraison, avant la première occupation, de bâtiments résidentiels ou de parties de bâtiments résidentiels visés à l’article 12, paragraphe 1, point a), jusqu’au 31 décembre 2010».
4. Poland may, until 31 December 2010, continue to apply a reduced rate of not less than 7 % to the supply of services, not provided as part of a social policy, for construction, renovation and alteration of housing, excluding building materials, and to the supply before first occupation of residential buildings or parts of residential buildings, as referred to in Article 12(1)(a)’.
