– (EN) Monsieur le Président, la coopération scientifique avec l'Afrique doit se faire dans le but de développer une communauté scientifique bien formée et active sur ce continent et au bénéfice de ce continent et non pas, oserais-je dire, dans le but de lui voler ses scientifiques, comme nous le faisons avec son personnel médical et infirmier qualifié.
– Mr President, scientific cooperation with Africa has to be with the objective of developing a trained and active scientific community on that continent for the benefit of that continent, not, I should warn, to steal their scientists, as we do their trained medical and nursing personnel.
