considérant qu'il convient, dès lors, d'interdire la réadmission, après exportation temporaire conformément à la décision précitée, de chevaux enregistrés en vue de courses, de compétitions et de manifestations culturelles en provenance des hippodromes concernés; qu'il y a lieu, au vu des connaissances épizootiologiques relatives à cette maladie de limiter cette interdiction à une période de six mois;
Whereas, consequently, steps should be taken to prohibit, in accordance with the abovementioned Decision, the re-entry, after temporary export, of registered horses for racing, competition and cultural events from the racetrack complexes concerned; whereas, in the light of the epizootiological knowledge of this disease, the prohibition should be limited to a period of six months;
