Sauf indication contraire de l'autorité compétente, les aéronefs dotés de moyens appropriés de communications radio bilatérales transmettent un compte rendu pendant la période de vingt à quarante minutes qui suit le dernier contact (quelle qu'ait été la raison de ce contact) simplement pour indiquer que le vol progresse conformément au plan de vol; ce message comprendra l'identification de l'aéronef et les mots “vol normal” (“Operations normal”).
Unless otherwise prescribed by the competent authority, aircraft equipped with suitable two-way radio-communications shall report during the period 20 to 40 minutes following the time of the last contact, whatever the purpose of such contact, merely to indicate that the flight is progressing according to plan, such report to comprise identification of the aircraft and the words “Operations normal”.
