Le label écologique ne peut être attribué à des substances ou des préparations classées comme très toxiques, toxiques, dangereuses pour l'environnement, cancérogènes, tératogènes ou mutagènes conformément à la directive 67/548/CEE du Conseil(9) ou à la directive 1999/45/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil(10) ni aux produits fabriqués par des procédés susceptibles de nuire de façon significative à l'homme et/ou à l'environnement ou qui dans les conditions normales d'utilisation, pourraient nuire au consommateur.
4. The eco-label may not be awarded to substances or preparations classified as very toxic, toxic, dangerous to the environment, carcinogenic, toxic for reproduction, or mutagenic in accordance with Council Directive 67/548/EEC(9) or Directive 1999/45/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council(10) nor to goods manufactured by processes which are likely to significantly harm man and/or the environment, or in their normal application could be harmful to the consumer.
