Une personne physique ne peut être agréée pour effectuer le contrôle légal de comptes qu’après avoir atteint le niveau d'entrée à l’université, puis suivi un programme d’enseignement théorique, effectué une formation pratique et subi avec succès un examen d'aptitude professionnelle du niveau de fin d'études universitaires, organisé ou reconnu par l'État.
A natural person may be approved to carry out a statutory audit only after having attained university entrance level, then completed a course of theoretical instruction, undergone practical training and passed an examination of professional competence of university final examination level, organized or recognized by the State.
