Si nous devions supprimer tout renvoi aux petites embarcations, ne nous trouverions-nous pas dans la même situation qu'à l'heure actuelle, en ce sens qu'il faudrait continuer d'appliquer la common law, les règles de volenti et le régime de responsabilité civile?
If we were to remove any applicability to small vessels, would we not be back in the same kind of predicament we are without this legislation for all vessels in that we would be thrown back on the common law and the rules of volenti and third-party liability?
