...[+++]one adeguata delle informazioni ricevute per nessuno dei casi analizzati dal comitato di vigilanza, ii) per gran parte dei casi non vi era alcuna traccia di qualsivoglia attività di valutazione, e iii) il Direttore generale dell'OLAF aveva aperto tutti i casi in questione senza aver determinato in precedenza se vi fossero sospetti sufficientemente gravi in merito alla presenza di frodi, corruzione o altre attività illecite lesive degli interessi finanziari dell'Unione – il che è in contraddizione con l'allora vigente requisito giuridico per l'avvio di un'indagine da parte dell'OLAF; A. whereas in its Annual Activity Report 2014
