...[+++]rse commerciali; sottolinea che tali fondi dovrebbero essere risorse aggiuntive e non un mero riconfezionamento del Fondo europeo di sviluppo (FES), che dovrebbero essere conformi alle priorità della Côte d'Ivoire e che dovrebbero essere stanziati in modo tempestivo, prevedibile e in linea con la tabella di esecuzione dei piani strategici di sviluppo nazionali e regionali; si oppone a qualsiasi forma di condizionalità relativamente alla ratifica di questo APE in materia di concessione dell'aiuto europeo e invita la Commissione a garantire che l'accesso ai fondi del decimo FES sia mantenuto indipendente dai risultati e dal ritmo dei negoziati; 17. ...[+++] to the priorities of Côte d'Ivoire and that their disbursement should be timely, predictable and in line with the execution schedules of national and regional strategic development plans; opposes any kind of conditionality linked to the ratification of this EPA in the matter of granting European aid, and calls on the Commission to guarantee that access to the funds of the 10th EDF is kept separate from the results and pace of the negotiations;
