The Commission shall ensure constant coordination between the activities of Horizon 2020 and the activities of the Clean Sky 2 Joint Undertaking by regularly identifying possible complementarities and synergies, including desirable overlaps, and implementing a formal coordination process to fine-tune the research priorities covered by collaborative research under the Framework Programme and the activities covered by the Clean Sky 2 Joint Undertaking.

Subsequently, the Court has indicated the following indicators allowing to infer the imputability to the State of a measure taken by a public undertaking: (i) the fact that the undertaking in question could not take the contested decision without taking account of the requirements of the public authorities; (ii) the fact that, apart from factors of an organic nature which linked the public undertakings to the State, a public undertaking, through the intermediary of which aid had been granted, had to take account of directives issued by a central government body, i.e. Comitato Interministeriale per la Programmazione Economica (CIPE); (iii) integration of the public undertaking to the structures of the public administration of the State; ( ...[+++]iv) the nature of the undertaking's activities and whether such activities are exercised out on the market in normal conditions of competition with private operators; (v) the legal status of the undertaking (in the sense of its being subject to public law or ordinary company law); (vi) the intensity of the supervision exercised by the public authorities over the management of the undertaking, or (vii) any other indicator showing, in the particular case, an involvement by the public authorities in the adoption of a measure or the unlikelihood of their not being involved, having regard also to the compass of the measure, its content or the conditions which it contains.

Whereas, without prejudice to the possibility of the parties deciding otherwise, the European Works Council set up in the absence of agreement between the parties must, in order to fulfil the objective of this Directive, be kept informed and consulted on the activities of the undertaking or group of undertakings so that it may assess the possible impact on employees' interests in at least two different Member States; whereas, to that end, the undertaking or controlling undertaking must be required to communicate to the employees' appointed representatives general information concerning the interests of employees and information relating ...[+++] more specifically to those aspects of the activities of the undertaking or group of undertakings which affect employees' interests; whereas the European Works Council must be able to deliver an opinion at the end of that meeting;

(c) activity code of the enterprise at four-digit (class) level of NACE Rev. 1 in which the principal activity or all the activities of the enterprise is or are included;

(b) take any measures, with regard to the undertaking, its directors or managers or the persons who control it, that are appropriate and necessary to ensure that the undertaking's business continues to comply with the laws, regulations and administrative provisions with which the undertaking must comply in each Member State and in particular with the scheme of operations in so far as it remains mandatory, and to prevent or remedy any irregularities prejudicial to the interests of the assured persons;

(b) take any measures with regard to an undertaking, its directors or managers or the persons who control it, that are appropriate and necessary to ensure that that undertaking's business continues to comply with the laws, regulations and administrative provisions with which the undertaking must comply in each Member State and in particular with the scheme of operations insofar as it remains mandatory, and to prevent or remedy any irregularities prejudicial to the interests of insured persons;
