Additional evidence is being gathered by the International Commission of Inquiry on the human rights violations and breaches of international humanitarian law in Libya mandated by the UN Human Rights Council, which published its report on the 1st of June.

The EU supports calls for establishing an international Commission of Inquiry to investigate cases in which international humanitarian law has allegedly been violated.
