The question then becomes whether Canada should make a larger political statement by deciding not to honour the commitment and agreement, which was negotiated in good faith between Canada and the state of Israel, and hoist this bill to try to lever the Israeli government and Prime Minister Netanyahu to put the peace process back on track.
