3.7. If the Commission and the Member States in coordination meetings within the competent Council Working Party or on the spot cannot agree a common position, including for reasons of disagreement on the repartition of competence, with regard to questions referred to in points 3.6(a) and (b), the matter will be referred to the Permanent Representatives Committee which shall decide on the basis of the majority laid down in the relevant Community law dealing with the subject matter under consideration.
3.7. Si, lors des réunions de coordination au sein du groupe de travail compétent du Conseil ou sur place, la Commission et les États membres ne peuvent s'entendre sur une position commune, y compris en raison d'un désaccord sur la répartition des compétences, à propos des questions visées au point 3.6 a) et b), la question sera confiée au comité des représentants permanents qui tranchera sur la base de la majorité définie dans la législation communautaire concernant la question considérée, applicable en la matière.
