We recommended, therefore, in one of our recommendations that in an extraordinary case such as the one you've described, in structuring the white knight, it ought not only to be other Canadian financial institutions who would be asked to pick up the pieces, but it should be possible for the government to look more broadly to international players who might have an interest in coming to the Canadian marketplace as part of that activity.
