The Commission and the Member States are invited to consider the possibility of revising the administrative procedures for allocating Community funds to training projects for judges, prosecutors and judicial staff, notably those organised by bodies with which the Commission has concluded framework partnerships, in particular ERA, EIPA and EJTN, with a view to further simplifying these procedures and allowing available funds to be allocated within shorter timeframes.
La Commission et les États membres sont invités à envisager la possibilité de revoir les procédures administratives d'affectation de fonds communautaires à des projets de formation destinés aux juges, procureurs et personnels de justice, notamment ceux qui sont organisés par des organismes avec lesquels la Commission a conclu des partenariats-cadres, en particulier l'ERA, l'IEAP et le REFJ, afin que ces procédures soient simplifiées davantage et que les fonds disponibles puissent être attribués dans des délais plus brefs.
