I understand the honourable Grant Hill has proposed, or will be proposing, a bill modification, but if we were to take the existing act and essentially use scissors and scotch tape to make modifications to this act, that's all we'd have—makeshift legislation that basically does not address at all the framework required to deal with herbal medicines.
