Our drafting convention is that in the English version, if we have what is called a " doublet,'' which is a common law term and a civil law term, in English, we will put the common law term first and the civil law term second, and it is the reverse in the French.
Notre convention de rédaction est que, dans la version anglaise, si nous avons ce que nous appelons un « doublet », autrement dit un terme de common law et un terme de droit civil, en anglais, nous mettons le terme de la common law en premier et celui du droit civil en deuxième, tandis que c'est le contraire en français.
