12. The provisions in point (b) of Article 8(2), with the exception of the words 'under Article 5(5)` and of the second indent of point 1, shall apply to vehicles of category M1 equipped with an internal combustion engine which are registered after the dates specified in paragraph 7 of this Article and are not accompanied by a valid certificate of conformity.

Les dispositions de l'article 8, paragraphe 2, point b), à l'exception des mots «conformément à l'article 5, paragraphe 5» et du deuxième tiret du point 1, s'appliquent aux véhicules de la catégorie M1 équipés d'un moteur à combustion interne qui sont immatriculés après les dates indiquées au paragraphe 7 du présent article et qui ne sont pas accompagnés d'un certificat de conformité en cours de validité.
