Stéphane Dion (ministre de l'Environnement, Lib.): Monsieur le Président, je pensais qu'aujourd'hui, les députés conservateurs interviendraient, qu'ils se diraient désolés d'avoir accepté de tenir ce vote partisan hier et qu'ils présenteraient des excuses à M. Murray, qui va faire de l'excellent travail pour veiller à ce que cette table ronde s'occupe de questions importantes pour l'environnement et l'économie de notre pays.

Stéphane Dion (Minister of the Environment, Lib.): Mr. Speaker, I thought that today the Conservative Party members would stand up and say they were sorry they agreed to that partisan vote yesterday and would apologize to Mr. Murray, who will deliver a great job in order to be sure that this round table will handle important issues for the environment and the economy of this country.
