- The Commission will be assisted by an advisory committee for adaptation of the list of industries concerned and the list of principle polluting substances and preparations.

ACTION TAKEN Following these guidelines the Commission Services presented the question to the Advisory Committee for the control and reduction of pollution caused by the discharge at sea of hydrocarbons and other harmful substances which gave a positive opinion on the following scheme: A. Composition of the Task Force The Task Force will be composed essentially of governmental experts.
