The representatives of the Community in the Joint Committee shall take the appropriate steps to ensure coordination between the implementation of this Agreement and the decisions taken by the Community in respect of the implementation of the Youth for Europe programme.

8. Without prejudice to the procedures referred to in Article 6 of the Decision on Leonardo da Vinci, Article 6 of the Decision on Youth for Europe and Article 4 of the Decision on Socrates, Romania will be invited to coordination meetings on any question concerning the implementation of this Decision prior to the regular meetings of the Committees.

In order to facilitate this coordination and without prejudice to the procedures set forth in Article 6 of Decision No 818/95/EC, representatives of Cyprus shall be invited to coordination meetings prior to the regular Youth for Europe committee meetings.
