3. Where Member States of a functional airspace block do not adopt a performance plan with targets at functional airspace block level, they shall communicate for information to the Commission aggregated performance targets highlighting the consistency at functional airspace block level with the European Union-wide performance targets.

Lorsque les États membres d’un bloc d’espace aérien fonctionnel n’adoptent pas de plan de performance comportant des objectifs au niveau de ce bloc d’espace aérien fonctionnel, ils communiquent à la Commission, pour information, des objectifs de performance agrégés en mettant en évidence leur compatibilité, au niveau du bloc d’espace aérien fonctionnel, avec les objectifs de performance uni-européens.
