establishing a Euro-Latin American Foundation, of a public-private nature, for the promotion of dialogue between the partners, civil society and associations formed by ordinary citizens, workers and employers on similar lines to those already existing for other geographical areas such as Asia or the Mediterranean; calls on the Commission to draw up a detailed proposal in this sense;
la création d'une Fondation euro-latino-américaine pour la promotion du dialogue entre partenaires, à caractère public-privé, qui s'inscrive dans la droite ligne des fondations existant pour d'autres zones géographiques, et notamment en Asie ou dans le bassin méditerranéen; demande à la Commission d'élaborer une proposition concrète à cet égard;
