2. That the government put information sharing arrangements in relation to national security investigations in writing; ensure that Canadian law enforcement and security agencies attach written caveats regarding the use of shared information; require Canadian agencies to make formal complaints to foreign agencies regarding the misuse of shared information; and produce annual reports assessing the human rights records of various countries.
