The conclusion was that there was no easy way of doing this, and to command and control a system was probably not going to be effective. We should set out an agreement on what the goals were and a commitment to work together to share the information, and try to build methods of communicating and working together at the community level.
On est arrivé à la conclusion qu'il n'y avait pas de solution facile et qu'un système de commande et de contrôle ne serait sans doute pas efficace, qu'on devrait plutôt conclure un accord sur les objectifs et s'engager à travailler ensemble et à partager l'information, et tenter de mettre en place des façons de communiquer et de travailler ensemble au niveau communautaire.
