Dans le cadre des instruments communautaires destinés à appuyer les programmes d'ajustement structurel dans les pays méditerranéens, et en coordination étroite avec les autorités libanaises et les autres contributeurs, en particulier les institutions financières internationales, la Communauté examinera les moyens propres à appuyer les politiques structurelles du Liban visant au rétablissement de l'équilibre financier dans tous ses aspects fondamentaux et à la création d'un environnement économique propice à l'accélération de la croissance, tout en veillant à améliorer le bien-être social.
