ion of any licensed elevator or as a result of any labour stoppage by employees of a licensee of an elevator or any lockout at any licensed elevator, the licensee of the elevator is, for any period

nings stored in any type of storage in the elevator in accordance with an elevator receipt issued by the licensee, whether or not the holder has reques
...[+++]ted delivery pursuant to the receipt, notwithstanding section 51, the licensee shall not charge the holder of the receipt, in respect of any part of that period after the first seven days thereof, any storage charge that accrues under the receipt that exceeds the appropriate maximum storage charge prescribed pursuant to subsection (2) with respect to that type of storage.
53 (1) Nonobstant l’article 51, le titulaire d’une licence d’exploitation qui se trouve, pendant un certain temps, dans l’incapacité, du fait de l’état de l’installation agréée, d’un arrêt de travail des employés ou d’un lock-out, de livrer, aux termes d’un récépissé qu’il a établi, que le détenteur le lui demande ou non, du grain, des produits céréaliers ou des criblures stockés dans son installation, ne peut réclamer de ce détenteur, pour toute fraction de cette période postérieure aux sept premiers jours, des droits de stockage supérieurs au plafond spécial visé au paragraphe (2).
