84.1 (1) En cas de refus de la part d’un organisme de vérification de la conformité de recommander l’octroi ou le renouvellement d’un agrément à titre de conditionneur agréé, d’installation d’entreposage en vrac ou d’importateur autorisé, il envoie au demandeur, par courrier recommandé, un avis motivé de sa décision l’informant qu’il peut demander au registraire de réviser la décision.
