Where the institution is aware of the underlying investments of the CIU on a daily basis, the institution may look through to those underlying investments in order to calculate the capital requirements for position risk (general and specific) for those positions in accordance with the methods set out in this Annex or, if permission has been granted, in accordance with the methods set out in Annex V. Under this approach, positions in CIUs shall be treated as positions in the underlying investments of the CIU.
Lorsque l'établissement a connaissance des investissements sous‐jacents de l'OPC sur une base quotidienne, il peut tenir compte directement de ceux‐ci pour le calcul des exigences de fonds propres pour risque de position (général et spécifique) pour ces positions, conformément aux méthodes exposées dans la présente annexe ou, s'il y est autorisé, conformément aux méthodes exposées à l'annexe V. Dans le cadre de cette approche, les positions sur OPC sont traitées comme des positions sur les investissements sous‐jacents de l'OPC.
