Mr. Loubier (Saint-Hyacinthe Bagot), seconded by Mr. Bélisle (La Prairie), moved, That this House condemn the federal government's refusal to reveal the full facts on the tax-free transfer of two billion dollars out of the country and its decision instead to attack the credibility of the Auditor General while opening the doors to other capital transfers that will deprive the federal government of hundreds of millions, and possibly billions, of dollars every year.
M. Loubier (Saint-Hyacinthe Bagot), appuyé par M. Bélisle (La Prairie), propose, Que la Chambre dénonce le gouvernement fédéral qui, refusant de faire toute la lumière sur la fuite de capitaux de deux milliards de dollars exempts d'impôts, préfère s'attaquer à la crédibilité du Vérificateur général tout en ouvrant toutes grandes les portes à d'autres fuites de capitaux, qui priveront ainsi l'état fédéral de plusieurs centaines de millions de dollars sinon de milliards de dollars par année.
