In the New Lines for Action, the Council underlines that action of the Union to prevent proliferation could benefit from the support provided by a non-governmental non-proliferation network, bringing together foreign policy institutions and research centres specialising in the Union's strategic areas while building on useful networks which already exist.
Dans les nouveaux axes d'action, le Conseil souligne qu'il pourrait être utile pour l'action que mène l'Union contre la prolifération de pouvoir s'appuyer sur un réseau non gouvernemental chargé de la non-prolifération, qui rassemblerait les institutions de politique étrangère et les centres de recherche spécialisés dans les domaines stratégiques de l'Union et s'ajouterait aux réseaux utiles existant déjà.
