On the one hand, the list of ingredients which must be mentioned, in the event of concentrations of more than 0.2% by weight, is definitely too heterogeneous, since it includes both perfectly harmless substances such as zeolites and highly toxic substances such as phosphates and phenols, and on the other hand it is strangely anachronistic in that the list is the same as that given in Recommendation 89/542/EEC for the labelling of detergents and cleaning products, which after all dates back to 1989.
