In cases where an organiser or, in accordance with the second subparagraph of Article 13(1) or Article 20, a retailer pays compensation, grants price reduction or meets the other obligations incumbent on him under this Directive, Member States shall ensure that the organiser or retailer has the right to seek redress from any third parties which contributed to the event triggering compensation, price reduction or other obligations.
Lorsqu'un organisateur ou, conformément à l'article 13, paragraphe 1, deuxième alinéa, ou à l'article 20, un détaillant verse un dédommagement, accorde une réduction de prix ou s'acquitte des autres obligations qui lui incombent en vertu de la présente directive, les États membres veillent à ce que l'organisateur ou le détaillant ait le droit de demander réparation à tout tiers ayant contribué au fait à l'origine du dédommagement, de la réduction de prix ou d'autres obligations.
